Chicken Kebab


Chicken boneless 500g
Chilli powder to tatse
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Curd 1/2 cup
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice 2 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing


Mix washed chicken with ginger garlic paste,curd salt,red chilli powder, turmeric and garam masala. Marinate chicken for 30 min.Heat oil and add chicken cudes.Fry on low flame till dry.
Serve hot garnished with coriander abd onion slices.
Add lemon juice just before eating.
